Judge comes and hears the first case.  The prosecution lower “your honour this accused beat his wife to death using a hammer.  Hearing this a man in the audience shouts " what a ruthless fellow is he? how could he? The prosecution lower proceeds " This man disposed of her body in a dump yard

Again, the same guy from the audience 

responds" He has got no heart' After hearing the guy’s comments the Judge says" look sir I understand how you feel, but you have to stop interrupting the proceedings., Are you related to the victim?"

 The guy answers "no your Honor, the thing is this guy is my neighbour and every time I wanted to borrow a hammer, he always said he didn't have one"
