We had better Judges before, because they didn't face any political pressure from the ruling political Parties.
For the last few years , the Judges are facing pressure from the ruling political Parties to decide in their favour.
Enticement offer of Rajya sabha seat, Governor appointment, and other lucrative appointments are given.
There is no hope for change in the Government at present, leading to dictatorial behaviour by the rulers of the Government.
Good judges are tempted to become biased and corrupt.
From where will India get good judges.
