Most government employees in India must retire around 60 years of age.Let these fellows do not fool around telling they are government

Why in politics there is no retirement age?
Government employees have to pass a certain education criteria to get a job & that’s why there is an expiry date. But since there is no such conditions for politicians, they can carry on till they appoint their own successor or die .
