Why I should not say that the PM CARES Fund is a big  scam . I say this because the PM of india had  declined as  not  to be disclosed in spite of being asked about it that too in  parliament 

Be it PM care fund, or defence fund, most of this money people donate never reach the end people and there's absolutely no accountability.

Looking  at the deterioration of standards in public life  it is very sad whether any hope for india to revive to goodness

           wHAT iF i DISCLOSE dR sUNDAR iNCOMETAX RETURNS UNDER THE IMPRESSION SOME KIND OF VIOLATION? It's not to insult the Dr . We as people do not demand the disclosable facts across us but demand high order facts as disclosable. If secrecy applies to Indometax so too the donors list us secrecy as may be black money may be inside but there are persons who contribute, as white and yet wishes to remain undisclosed. So act said so because some one squeals sca without basis should we accept them all? I saw a web series one earlier called "PILLS"; and 2 recently adopted ideas from Pills as "PHARMA" from Malayalam. There is truth behind it all over the world where Pharma only runs the govt; and that cannot be done without the help of doctors, corrupt private or Govt; can we call every doctor specifically as scammed?  But there are species in every tribe who are corrupt and that make the world. Pharma and doctors use poor as samples without authority supported by politicians. Because of this we cannot blindly charge everyone. If there is some prima facie let it be stated and there are legal ways to prove it ; but without basis we cannot charge anyone with pure bias. KR IRS 24226
