 A doctor  friend of mine writes in social media about MedPlus

" Medplus a very popular pharma store had recently started something called as location service fee of 4/- on all of their bills!

4/- is a very small amount and no one notices but in bulk it makes upto a lot of money!

When confronted the store guys had no idea about and asked me to speak to their customer care! I called up the customer care and raised objection, sending them an official legal notice too via email!

I got multiple calls from their management asking me to take back the notice, my standpoint was simple, inform before hand the charge of 4/- which is the actual process or remove it fully!

Quietly they removed the 4/- location fee at Basaveshwaranagar branch! 

Check in your locality too! 

The point is not of 4/- the point is of consumer rights! "
