Stress Analyst
(Piping)
Our client is looking for a Piping Stress Analyst to join the team in
sunny Florida! An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of stress
analysis (piping) and be proficient with Caesar.
Responsibilities
• Provide Calculations, analyses, studies and recommendations in
support of technical documents for piping stress & piping support
design
• Plan, develop and coordinate discipline engineering activities from
initiation to completion
• Prepare purchase requisitions and design specifications for piping
systems
Requirements
• Proficient user of Caesar II 4.0 or later version stress analysis
software (absolute must-have)
• Experienced in conducting stress analysis using Caesar II for large
and small bore piping systems in refinery and various process
applications
• Experienced in conducting piping load evaluations on rotating and
static equipment nozzles
• Experienced in specifying standard pipe support types and designing
pipe supports for special applications.
• BS Degree preferred, not required
• 3 - 15 years experience
• PDS and MicroStation/AutoCAD experience a plus
