Scientists show that we use both of them but that one is generally more dominant and powerful than the other. The more dominant mind rules our behavior and our relationship with Nature and each other. But who really governs our life? Is it you? Is it your conscious mind or unconscious mind? Thanks for the video on "Who rules your life? Your Conscious or Unconscious Mind?" Actually, it has continued to challenge me regarding my slipped disc problem. Of course, there is something wrong with my spine. My MRI has shown the problem with my lumbar 4 and 5. But I am fully convinced that this problem is more spiritual and more in the UNCONSCIOUS. I have been doing the meditation and journal writing to go deeper into my  unconscious. I have discovered my unfreedom and the influences of my history, culture, the adults, my environment. My experience of meditation and letting go have somehow given me a different experience, a different discovery...Please continue to send me more videos about ACA. Thanks and God bless, Dr. Paul!!!
