🛠️ HR Recruiter – Job Description:
🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities:
* Design & update job descriptions
* Source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Behance, etc.
* Craft outreach emails to attract passive candidates
* Screen resumes & application forms
* Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person)
* Administer skill tests (aptitude, reasoning, etc.)
* Post job ads on job boards & social media
* Provide shortlists to hiring managers
* Share offer letters & handle candidate queries
* Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
* Attend job fairs & recruitment events
* Assist with onboarding & act as a hiring consultant
Requirements:
* 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
* Proven experience with sourcing techniques & resume databases
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Immediate Joiners Preferred
*💼 Industry: Retail
💰 Salary Range: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
