M&HR Solutions Private Limited , in collaboration with Nirathanka, successfully conducted a one-day intensive training programme for HR Managers and Executives on compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 on 26th February 2026 at RG Royal Hotel, Yeshwanthpur Industrial Suburb, Bengaluru.
The session was delivered by Dr. G. P. Naik, Principal Consultant, Talent Avenues & Professor of HRM, brings over 30 years of HR experience and has trained more than 300 managers through 380+ programmes.
More than 30 participants from various organizations attended the programme, and the session was highly appreciated for its practical insights, case-based discussions, and clarity in explaining compliance requirements.
