Successful POSH Training Programme for HR Managers & Executives

Dear All,

M&HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd ., in collaboration with Nirathanka , successfully conducted a one-day offline training programme for HR Managers and Executives on “Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH)” on 18 September 2026 at RG Royal Hotel, Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru.

The programme was facilitated by Dr. G.P. Naik, Principal Consultant, Talent Avenues, and Ms. Divya Narayan, Counselling Psychologist, who shared valuable insights and practical guidance on the effective implementation of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

The session provided practical insights into POSH compliance, Internal Committee functioning, enquiry procedures, annual reporting, and creating a safe and respectful workplace.

The programme witnessed active participation from HR Managers, HR Executives and professionals representing various organizations. Participants appreciated the practical approach, clarity of concepts, and valuable insights shared by the resource persons.
