In preparation for the Ninth State-Level HR Professionals Kannada Conference 2025, and in association with the Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka, Nirathanka successfully hosted a One-Day Training Programme on Labour Laws in Practice: From Complexities to Compliance (Including The Karnataka Menstrual Leave and Hygiene Bill, 2025)” on 28th October 2025 at RG Royal Hotel, Bengaluru.

With the active participation of 70+ HR and IR professionals, the session offered practical insights into labour law implementation, empowering organizations to transition from navigating legal complexities to achieving seamless compliance.
