Greetings for the day,

The Niratanka State-level Kannada HR Professionals Conference hosted a successful one-day seminar on “Decoding the Upcoming Labour Codes & Draft Rules,” supported by the Department of Labour and the Department of Factories, Boilers, Industrial Safety & Health, Government of Karnataka. Held at the Infosys Campus, Bengaluru, the event welcomed over 120 industry professionals, offering valuable insights to ease the transition to new labour codes.

Special thanks to the Department of Labour, Department of Factories officers, and the Infosys HR team for their support, making this seminar both informative and a memorable experience on the Infosys campus.
