⚖️ POSH Act Clarification: Can a woman file a sexual harassment complaint against another woman under the POSH Act, 2013?

✅ Yes.
The POSH Act is gender-neutral with respect to the respondent. What matters is that the aggrieved person is a woman and that the alleged conduct falls within the definition of sexual harassment under the Act. The law does not restrict complaints only to cases where the respondent is a man.
