Dear all,

We will be conducting a two days training program on 6-7 May 2022 in Bangalore, titled HOW TO CONDUCT DOMESTIC ENQUIRY. It will be a practical training useful for HR Executives, Managers, HR Consultants and Labour Advocates.

Participants will learn among other things:

1) What is misconduct and how to decide if an act of an employee is misconduct or not?
2) What is charge sheet and show cause notice and how to prepare charge sheet and show cause notice for enquiry.
3) What is domestic enquiry and how to conduct it - the role of Disciplinary Authority, Enquiry Officer and Presenting Officer.
4) How to determine the quantum of punishment and punish the guilty employee.
5) Legal aspects of suspension and dismissal and the right way to do it.
