Problem inviting new administrator

I'd like i add a another administrator (apart from me) to my feed, but
it only seems to let me invite my "favourite" contacts. The problem is
that it doesn't let me invite new favourites (people don't receive the
email with the invitation).
Does anybody know the solution?
