SocialPM on AS7

Lincoln,

Does the current build work on AS7?

Whenever I do a mvn clean install from the current master, it includes different versions of libraries in WEB-INF/lib to the point I can't easily pull the wrong ones out and have it start on AS7.

It just goes into a continual loop of CNFEs!

Thoughts appreciated ;-)

Hmm... sounds like maybe you're not on the latest version of JBoss Tools? Though I'm having problems with something similar. What are the classes that it says are missing?

Justin... what version of JBoss Tools are you using?

Hey guys I am using Devstudio 5 GA I think that is Tools 3.3 GA ?

Ken maybe paste a stacktrace and link it for us in this thread, I've deployed on 7.1.1.Final 7.1.2.Final and 7.2.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT from about 12 hours ago.

The only issue I had was Devstudio creating a random faces-config.xml and the org.jboss.msc service would fail, no CNFE.

Maybe check that your maven is online, sounds like it could be snapshot hell ?

Not sure, I wasn't using an IDE though, just running mvn clean install from root of project on command line.

Does it need to be done through IDE to build properly?

No I'm not running from an IDE either. What AS7 you deploying to?

No, in fact from Maven it should work best of all. It's possible the Errai snapshot has gone unstable. Could you paste your stack-traces?

in the socialpm/pom.xml I had problems with errai snapshot on my pc at home, that fixed it.

We should be releasing Errai 2.1.Beta1 soon, which should help with the stability issues :) working on some code for that today actually.
