Theme and Structure of the SocialMaxx

Based on the discussions we had on Jan 10th meet, this is the basic
theme and structure of the summit that all of us kind of agreed upon.
Just putting it together so that it will act as reference for all our
future meets and discussions online. Please correct me if anything is
missing/wrong.

TagLine : India's biggest Social Media Summit (correct
me if it's wrong)

Duration : 2 and half day event... starts on Friday
afternoon(registration) and ends on Sunday evening
TimeFrame : March. (if we don't get sponsorship commitments
early we may postpone to May)
Location : Chennai Convention Center (Chennai Trade
Center)
Basic Structure : KeyNote Speech,Speeches, Panel Discussions, Lot
of networking breaks, Product ShowCase (exhibition), Food Stalls etc.
Sponsorships :1 Platinum - 5lks, 1 Gold - 3lks, 2 Silver - 1-2lks
Participants : 1000 (expected)
Registration Fee : 2000 (tentative.need to finalize)
