Dear Comrades
Ive sent a mail to Union minister of labour to interfere in the issue of the termination of employees by Corrohealth.

Manoj T Sarang

This is the letter

Most Respected Sir,
I respectfully seek your urgent intervention in the abrupt termination of more than 800 employees by CorroHealth, a US-based healthcare analytics and medical coding company, from its Kerala centres without prior notice or due process.
CorroHealth operates centres in Kochi and Kozhikode and also has offices in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Noida, and Coimbatore. The company has cited financial constraints and reduced business volumes as the reason for shutting down its Kerala operations. However, the affected employees dispute this claim, pointing out that the company continues to recruit employees in other locations, including Hyderabad. They have also alleged that the company was unwilling to comply with Kerala's labour regulations relating to overtime and working conditions.
The sudden termination has left hundreds of young professionals and their families in severe financial hardship. The Kerala Labour Department has already initiated discussions with the company and employee representatives, but no satisfactory resolution has been reached due to the company's lack of cooperation.
This matter deserves urgent attention, as it raises serious concerns regarding compliance with India's labour laws and the protection of workers' rights. If such actions go unchecked, they may set a dangerous precedent for similar practices by other employers across the country.
I therefore request your good office to:
Conduct an immediate inquiry into the mass termination of employees by CorroHealth.
Examine whether the company's actions comply with the applicable labour laws and statutory provisions.
Direct the company to engage in meaningful discussions with the affected employees and explore reinstatement or fair compensation, as warranted.
Take appropriate action to safeguard the rights and livelihoods of the affected employees and prevent similar incidents in the future.
I sincerely hope for your prompt intervention to ensure justice for the affected employees and uphold the principles of fairness and protection guaranteed under India's labour laws.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Manoj T Sarang
