भगत सिंह की शहादत दिवस व डाॅ. राम मनोहर लोहिया के जन्म दिवस, 23 मार्च को सोशलिस्ट पार्टी (इण्डिया) से सम्बद्ध ग्रीन पार्टी की शुरूआत एक साइकिल रैली के कार्यक्रम से होगी।
साइकिल रैली सुबह 10 बजे सोशलिस्ट पार्टी (इण्यिा) के जिला/राज्य कार्यालय, पुरानी सब्जी मण्डी, गुफरामाब इमामबाड़े के पास, मुख्तारे हलवाई के सामने से शुरू होगी। पहले हम चैक स्थित उस स्थान पर जाएंगे जहां महात्मा गांधी लखनऊ की एक यात्रा के दौरान ठहरे थे।
रैली का समापन आचार्य नरेन्द्र देव की गोमती नदी पर स्थित समाधि जो मोती महल ट्रस्ट के पास है पर दिन में 12 बजे पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम के साथ होगा।
रैली में आप पेट्रोल-डीजल-बिजली से छोड़कर चलने वाले किसी भी वाहन जैसी साइकिल, साधारण रिक्शा, घोड़ा गाड़ी, बैल गाड़ी, आदि, केे साथ शामिल हो सकते हैं।

Bicycle rally to appeal reduction in use of petrol/diesel
Green Party, associated with Socialist Party (India) will be organising its launch programme on the martyr’s day of Bhagat Singh and birthday of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia, 23 March by organising a bicycle rally.
Bicycle rally: Starts at 10 am on 23 March, 2026 from district/state office of Socialist Party (India) at old Sabzi Mandi, near Guframab Imambada, opposite Mukhtare Halwai by first visitng the house where Mahatma Gandhi stayed during one of his Lucknow visits.
Conclusion: The rally will conclude at samadhi of Acharya Narendra Dev on the banks of Gomti near the Moti Mahal Trust at 12 noon with tree plantation.
Note: One can join the rally on bicycle or any non-fossil fuel vehicle like ordinary rickshaw, horse cart, bullock cart, etc.

1. धीरे-धीरे जीवाश्म ईंधन से चलने वाले सारे निजी वाहन खत्म किए जाएंगे। आने-जाने का मुख्य साधन सार्वजनिक यातायात व साइकिल होगी। सभी सार्वजनिक यातायात के साधनों से यात्रा मुफ्त होगी। सरकारी विभागों में भी सिर्फ स्वास्थ्य व पुलिस, जिसमें अग्नि शमन भी शामिल है, के ही अपने वाहन होंगे। बूढ़े, बिमार एवं विक्लांग जनों और आपातकालिक परिस्थितियों के लिए टैक्सी सेवा, जिसमें तीन पहिया वाहन भी शामिल हैं, उपलब्ध रहेगी।
2. रासायनिक खाद एवं कीटनाशक का उपयोग भी धीरे-धीरे खत्म किया जाएगा और खेती पूरी तरह सजीव होगी।
3. शहरों या उद्योग का गंदा पानी, साफ करने के बाद भी, किसी नदी या तालाब में नहीं गिराया जाएगा। उसे साफ कर उसका इस्तेमाल सिंचाई हेतु या शौचालयों में किया जाएगा।
4. पीने का साफ पानी सभी के लिए मुफ्त उपलब्ध रहेगा। बोतलबंद पानी या पानी के व्यवसायीकरण पर रोक लगेगी।
5. भवन निर्माण कार्य में सीमेण्ट की जगह पर्यावरण को नुकसान न पहुंचाने वाली सामग्री का ही इस्तेमाल होगा। भवनों में प्राकृतिक रोशनी व हवा का इस तरह से इस्तेमाल होगा कि कृत्रिम रोशनी का, खासकर दिन में, कम से कम इस्तेमाल करना पड़े। वातानुकूल करने वाली मशीनों के इस्तेमाल पर प्रतिबंध लगेगा।
6. लम्बी दूरी की यात्रा के लिए रेलवे साधन होगा जिसमें सिर्फ एक गैर-वातानुकूलित श्रेणी के डिब्बे होंगे। 1,000 किलोमीटर से कम की यात्रा हवाई जहाज से नहीं की जा सकेगी।
7. बड़े बांध अब कहीं नहीं बनाए जाएंगे।
8. नए ताप बिजली घर भी नहीं बनाएं जाएंगे। जो चल रहे हैं उन्हें धीरे-धीरे बंद किया जाएगा। इसी तरह नए परमाणु बिजली घर भी नहीं बनाए जाएंगे। जो चल रहे हैं उन्हें तत्काल बंद किया जाएगा।
9. बिजली के दुरुपयोग, जैसे रात भर विज्ञापन के बोर्डों में या क्रिकेट स्टेडियम में, पर रोक लगेगी।
10. नदियों, जंगलों व पहाड़ों में खनन पर पूरी तरह रोक लगेगी।
11. संसद में धरती माता अधिनियम जैसा कि बोलिविया में 2010 में पारित हुआ है पारित किया जाएगा। धरती, नदी, पेड़, मिट्टी को जीवित इकाइयों का दर्जा दिया जाएगा।
12. खाना पकाने के लिए सस्ते प्रदूषण रहित ईधन का इस्तेमाल होगा।
13. कुड़े का अनिवार्य रूप से पृथकीकरण होगा। जिससे बायोगैस बन सके व सड़-गलकर खाद बन सके उसको इस्तेमाल वैसा होगा। जिन चीजों का पुनः इस्तेमाल हो सकता है उनका पुनः इस्तेमाल होगौ।
14. प्लास्टिक के इस्तेमाल पर रोक प्रभावी तरीके से लगेगी।
15. पेड़ जहां लगे हैं वहीं उनका संरक्षण होगा।
16. वनों को आदिवासियों व ग्राम पंचायतों को सौंप दिया जाएगा। सरकार का वन विभाग खत्म हो जाएगा।
17. उत्पादनकर्ताओं के लिए अपने उत्पादन से निकलने वाले कचरे को वापस लेना अनिवार्य होगा।
18. कम्प्यूटर व इलेक्ट्राॅनिक कचरे, जिसमें बैटरी भी शामिल हैं, का सुरक्षित निपटारा होगा।
19. शर्तों के साथ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वित्तीय संस्थानों द्वारा दिए जाने वाले कर्ज लेने पर रोक लगेगी।
20. भोजन के लिए पशुओं की बलि पर रोक लगेगी। कृत्रिम मांस की व्यवस्था होगी।
21. पूर्ण निशस्त्रीकरण, जिसमें व्यापक नरसंहार के शस्त्र भी शामिल हैं, लागू होगा। सेनाएं एवं देशों के रक्षा विभाग खत्म किए जाएंगे।
22. समान शिक्षा प्रणाली, पड़ोस के विद्यालय की अवधारणा जिसका अभिन्न हिस्सा है, को लागू किया जाएगा।
Manifesto of Green Party associated with Socialist Party (India)
1. All private vehicles run of fossil fuels will be progressively phased out. Public transport and bicycles should be the common means of conveyance. Travel on all public transport will be free.Among government departments only health and police, which includes the fire dept., should have necessary vehicles. For old, sick, disabled or in case of emergency taxi service, including auto-rickshaws, will be available.
2. Reducing the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in a time bound manner, with the objective of achieving organic farming.
3. No sewage or industrial waste, untreated or treated, will flow into any river or water body. Sewage or industrial waste water after treatment will be used for irrigation, in toilets, etc.
4. Potable water should be readily available for free. Bottled water will be banned.
5. Cement will be replaced with environment friendly construction material. Building will be so constructed as to use natural light and air so that artificial light is not needed during day time and air-conditioners are not required at all.
6. Railways will be the main means of long distance travel with only one class of non-AC coaches. Air travel will not be allowed for distances less than 1000 km.
7. No more big dams will be built.
8. No more thermal power plants will be built. Existing ones will be phased out. Similarly, no new nuclear power plants will be built. Existing ones will be stopped immediately.
9. Wasteful use of electricity, for example to light bill boards, cricket stadiums, etc. will be prohibited.
10. All mining in rivers, forests and hills will be stopped.
11. Right of Mother Earth Act will be enacted by the Parliament (similar to one done in Bolivia in 2010). Earth, rivers, trees, soil will be considered living beings.
12. Affordable cooking material that is non polluting will be used.
13. Mandatory segregation of garbage will take place. Portions which can be used for biogas generation or composting will be used as such. What can be re-cycled will be re-cycled.
14. Use of plastics will be banned.
15. Saving trees at source will be the priority.
16. Forests will be given back to the tribals and Gram Panchayats for sustainable management. The forest department will be dissolved.
17. It will be mandatory for manufacturers to take back the wastes resulting from their marketed products.
18. Safe disposal of e-waste including computers and batteries will be ensured.
19. Killing of animals for food will be prohibited. Artificial meat will be available.
20. Taking conditional loans from international financial institutions will be restricted.
21. Complete disarmament including that of weapons of mass destruction will be implemented. All armies and defence departments of governments will be dissolved.
22. Common School System, with the inherent concept of neighbourhood school, will be implemented.
