Important announcement regarding Loktantra ke Prayog campaign at Bankipur, Patna

आगामी बाँकीपुर विधानसभा (पटना जिला) उपचुनाव में "लोकतंत्र के प्रयोग" अभियान की पूर्ण सफलता के उद्देश्य से मैं प्रत्याशी के तौर पर आवेदन नहीं करूँगा।

बिहार राज्य समिति की पिछली बैठक में भी मैंने इस तरह का प्रस्ताव रखा था कि उक्त प्रयोग की सफलता एवं पारदर्शिता हेतु मुझे या तो प्रदेश अध्यक्ष का पद छोड़ देना चाहिए या फिर प्रत्याशी के लिये आवेदक की दावेदारी छोड़ देनी चाहिए। किंतु तब समिति सदस्यों ने मेरे इन प्रस्तावों पर असहमति व्यक्त किया था। 

लेकिन अब काफी सोचने-समझने के बाद मैंने यह निर्णय लिया है। 

बिहार प्रदेश समिति शुरू से ही मानती रही है कि "लोकतंत्र के प्रयोग" अभियान के तहत कार्यकर्ताओं के गोपनीय वोट से प्रत्याशी के चयन का उदाहरण समाज के सामने पेश करना देश एवं दुनिया की राजनीति में सुधार की दृष्टिकोण से एक बड़ा कदम साबित हो सकता है।

बिहार प्रदेश अध्यक्ष होने के नाते आगामी बाँकीपुर विधानसभा उपचुनाव में "लोकतंत्र के प्रयोग" के इस अभियान का नेतृत्व भी मुझे ही करना है। ऐसे में प्रत्याशी के रूप में भी मेरी दावेदारी अभियान की पारदर्शिता के संबंध में संशय पैदा कर सकती है, और अगर मैं कार्यकर्ताओं के वोट से प्रत्याशी के रूप में चुन लिया गया, तब तो और भी संशय की स्थिति बन सकती है। इससे इस प्रयोग का अपेक्षित प्रभाव कम हो सकता है। 

अतः मैंने तय किया है कि बिहार प्रदेश अध्यक्ष होने के नाते मैं आगामी बाँकीपुर विधानसभा (पटना जिला) उपचुनाव में "लोकतंत्र के प्रयोग" अभियान का नेतृत्व करूँगा, और कार्यकर्ताओं के गोपनीय वोटिंग से पार्टी प्रत्याशी का चयन करवाउंगा। खुद प्रत्याशी के तौर पर आवेदक नहीं रहूँगा। 

मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि बाँकीपुर (पटना) में इस प्रयोग की सफलता का देश एवं दुनिया की राजनीति पर व्यापक असर होगा। 

साथ ही, मुझे पूरी उम्मीद है कि इस चुनाव में हमारे प्रत्याशी विजयी भी होंगे।

Important Announcement

With the objective of ensuring the complete success of the “Loktantra ke Prayog” campaign in the upcoming Bankipur Assembly by-election (Patna district), I will not apply as a candidate.

In the previous meeting of the Bihar State Committee, I had also proposed that, in order to ensure the success and transparency of this experiment, I should either step down from the post of State President or withdraw my claim as an applicant for candidature. However, at that time, the committee members had disagreed with my proposals.

But now, after considerable thought and reflection, I have taken this decision.

The Bihar State Committee has consistently believed that selecting a candidate through secret voting by party workers under the “Loktantra ke Prayog” campaign can set an example before society and prove to be a significant step towards improving democracy in the country and the world.

As the Bihar State President, I am also responsible for leading this campaign in the upcoming Bankipur Assembly by-election. In such a situation, my candidature could raise doubts regarding the transparency of the campaign. Moreover, if I were to be selected as a candidate through volunteers’ voting, it could create even greater suspicion. This might reduce the intended impact of this experiment.

Therefore, I have decided that, as the Bihar State President, I will lead the “Loktantra ke Prayog” campaign in the upcoming Bankipur Assembly by-election (Patna district) and ensure the selection of the party candidate through secret voting by the volunteers. I will not remain an applicant for candidature.

I am fully confident that the success of this experiment in Bankipur (Patna) will have a wide impact on politics and democracy in the country and across the world.

At the same time, I firmly believe that our candidate will also emerge victorious in this election.

I Vidya Naik would like to bring to your notice that , we all  padhadikari are karyakarta of socialist party india first

 and then we are the padhadh8kari..

Sir if the Indian team captain in a cricket team say ki I won't go for batting or bowling  i will be the captain but my duty is first toward my team mates then after that towards my country is this valid...this is the biggest mistake or interpretation of the mean of captain.. 

The captain if he is a good bowler or a good opening bat and doesn't go for batting or bowling , he sacrifice for the team..can we win the match..

Out hone se dariye matt sir..we have come here to work and make our country politically right we have not come here to show our calibre to sacrifice..

So every one even the captain should get equal opportunity. Lok tantra ka proyog kijiye that is a good wotk in our party.

Haan agar koi lady has come second in the voting list as a runners up..then I would ask or request you the captain to sacrifice one step behind..bcoz she comes with so much social burden..

Or else everyone are equal even the national committe , state committee or karya karta new or old , experience or non experience everyone should participate..

I think Sir the Bihar presiding  should  participate  and fill the form for Loktantra ka Prayog.
