Subject: A Constitutional Court not following Rules with impunity.

Got a call from (some) High Court informing me that my case (details) is listed before the Division Bench on (date).
The first question I asked was, "Isn't this case disposed?" The answer was in the affirmative. I then asked, "Under what rule of the High Court is a disposed case being listed? Please inform me that before we proceed further." She said she couldn't tell me that and that I should read the final order disposing of the case. So I asked, "Under what rule of the High Court are you calling me to inform me of the listing?" To that she said she couldn't inform me that since it was CONFIDENTIAL and that I could ask when I came to the court." Further follow-up question: "Whom do I ask? The Bench, or anyone else?" He reply was, "Ask the Registry." "Who in the Registry?" I asked. "Can you give me your name and designation so that I can come and ask you and/or place it on record by way of an affidavit?" She said she was asked to inform me which is what she was doing and said she was disconnecting the call, which she did.
For the moment, I am treating it as a prank call and will ignore it. Fortunately I know the law and the facts of the case enough to know that if an ex-parte order comes to be passed, it will be wholly challengeable.
But the larger issue is that the Opposition, not only those such as All India Trinamool Congress, Samajwadi Party, Nationalist Congress Party - Sharadchandra Pawar, and the plethora of others with a regional presence but especially the Indian National Congress and Aam Aadmi Party who claim to be national challengers to the ruling dispensation, will not do anything at all about it. I have personally spoken to two (now) former MPs of the Congress, Shaktisinh Gohil & Dr Amee Yajnik and have found them to be scared of speaking truth to power. And office bearers of the Aam Aadmi Party will first judge you before judging the issue.
When the opposition does not have an organisation that goes down to the grassroots, and refuses to hear anyone who might hand over to them issues on a platter, how do they really expect to gain power in future?
