Appeal for Medical Assistance for Gaza and West Bank

In response to the public appeal made by Palestinian Ambassador in New Delhi, Abdullah M. Abu Shawesh, Socialist Party (India) has decided to raise funds and collect medicines to meet the shortage in Gaza and West Bank. According to the Ambassador out of approximately 520 essential medicines required there almost 180 are unavailable and of the 97 medicines specialised for cancer and tumour 50 are not available.

Please assist us in arranging the essential medicines required there (We are trying to obtain a list of medicines required there from the Embassy) by liaising with any Pharmaceutical companies that you know.

Those who wish to make any financial contribution can do so using the following details. Money collected earlier for Global Sumud Flotilla, in which we could not participate, will also be directed towards medical assistance now.
