Piyush Yadav lives with his parents and younger sister in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He is currently studying in Class 10 at Sardar Patel Inter College, Barra-2, and is known to be a sincere, disciplined, and hardworking student who truly values education.
Till Class 8, Piyush received support under the RTE (Right to Education) scheme. However, from Class 9 onwards, this support has stopped, and his family is now struggling to manage his educational expenses on their own.
His father works tirelessly as a rickshaw/auto driver, putting in long hours every day to earn a livelihood. His mother contributes by doing stitching work while also managing the household. Piyush also has a younger sister who is studying, which adds to the financial pressure on the family.
