विषय : आगामी बाँकीपुर विधानसभा उपचुनाव (पटना जिला) के मद्देनजर उक्त क्षेत्र में "लोकतंत्र के प्रयोग" अभियान के राष्ट्रीय पर्यवेक्षक समिति में सदस्य के रूप में जुड़ने के लिये निवेदन। 

महाशय

यह सूचित करते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि पटना जिला के बाँकीपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विधायक एवं भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री नितीन नवीन जी के राज्यसभा सदस्य के रूप में चुने जाने के बाद यह तय हो गया है कि अगले छह माह के भीतर बाँकीपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र (पटना जिला) में उपचुनाव होगा। 

हमलोग अपेक्षा कर रहे हैं कि 3-4 महीने में यह चुनाव होगा, और उस अनुसार सोशलिस्ट पार्टी (इंडिया) की बिहार प्रदेश राज्य समिति ने तैयारियां शुरू कर दी है। 

बिहार प्रदेश राज्य समिति ने तय किया है कि इस आगामी उपचुनाव के लिये "लोकतंत्र के प्रयोग" अभियान के तहत कार्यकर्ताओं के गोपनीय वोटिंग एवं सबके सामने पारदर्शी गिनती के माध्यम से प्रत्याशी का चयन किया जायेगा।

हमें आशा है कि प्रत्याशी चयन की उक्त आंतरिक चुनावी प्रक्रिया में बाँकीपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के 2000 से अधिक पार्टी सदस्य भाग लेंगे। 

अलग-अलग सोशलिस्ट आंदोलनों में आपकी भूमिका एवं लंबे सामाजिक / राजनैतिक कार्य-अनुभव को देखते हुए आपसे सादर आग्रह है कि बाँकीपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में "लोकतंत्र के प्रयोग" अभियान के तहत होने वाले प्रत्याशी चयन की प्रक्रियाओं की मॉनिटरिंग (suggestions, objections etc) के लिये गठित होने वाली राष्ट्रीय पर्यवेक्षक समिति में सदस्य के रूप में जुड़कर हमें अनुगृहीत करें। 

आप समय समय पर पटना स्थित पार्टी के प्रदेश कार्यालय आकर "लोकतंत्र के प्रयोग" अभियान की गतिविधियों को देख-समझ सकते हैं अथवा आप दूर से भी हमारे सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से हमारी गतिविधियों को देख-समझ सकते हैं एवं अपनी आवश्यक प्रतिक्रियाएं दे सकते हैं।

Subject : Request to join as a Member of the National Observer Committee for the “Loktantra ke Prayog” campaign in view of the upcoming Bankipur Assembly By-election (Patna District)

Sir, 

We are pleased to inform you that following the election of the Hon’ble MLA from Bankipur Assembly Constituency (Patna District) and National President of BJP, Shri Nitin Naveen Ji, to the Rajya Sabha, it has been decided that a by-election will be held in the Bankipur Assembly Constituency within the next six months.

We expect that the election may take place within the next 3–4 months, and accordingly, the Bihar State Committee of the Socialist Party (India) has started its preparations.

The Bihar State Committee has decided that for this upcoming by-election, under the “Loktantra ke Prayog” campaign, the party candidate will be selected through a process of confidential voting by party workers, followed by transparent counting in the presence of all. 

We expect that more than 2,000 party members from the Bankipur Assembly Constituency will participate in this internal electoral process.

Considering your role in various socialist movements and your extensive social and political experience, we sincerely request you to kindly join as a member of the National Observer Committee being constituted to monitor (including suggestions, objections, etc.) the candidate selection process under the “Loktantra ke Prayog” campaign in the Bankipur Assembly Constituency (Patna district) 

You may visit the party’s state office in Patna from time to time to observe and understand the activities under this campaign. Alternatively, you may also follow our activities remotely through our social media platforms and provide your valuable feedback.
