Day to day:-
This candidate must have experience working with HRMS or HRIS or compensation systems.
Will be working as business analyst, adding their expertise with compensation platforms.
The client is doing a release of their integrated talent management software suite.
There are several modules that work together and this group will be expediting the release of the fourth module.
The Business Analysts will be responsible for taking user stories and translating into technical requirements.
This person would be participating in Agile sessions. Candidate should have excellent communication and be comfortable in a team-focused environment.
Requirements:-
3+ years of Business Analyst experience
HRMS or HRIS BA experience
Agile experience
Full SDLC
