مارکیٹ کا حصہ دکانداروں کی اشیاء فروخت پر مبنی تجاوزات سے بھرپور ہے۔
مارکیٹ مذکورہ میں رہائشی افراد کا مارکیٹ کے راستے سے بوجہ تجاوزات
گذرنا مشکل ہے۔ اور فرنٹ کے دکاندار ہزاروں روپے میں عوامی فٹ پاتھ کرائے
پر دیتے ہیں۔ فٹ پاتھ پر اشیاءفروخت کا قبضہ کرکے دکاندار ٹی ایم اے سمن
آباد کو رشوت منتھلی دیتے ہیں ۔ مورخہ تین اکتوبر دو ہزار دس کی صبح میرے
بیٹا احمد جاوید طالب علم ایف ایس سی نے مارکیٹ کے راستے پر گذرنے کی جگہ
نہ ملنے پر راشی دکاندار سے ناجائز تجاوزات ہٹانے اور فٹ پاتھ سے کا
انسانی حقوق کا حق فرنٹ کے دکانداروں سے طلب کیا تو بسم اﷲ مارکیٹ کے
فرنٹ کے دکاندار کراکری فروش دکاندار نے میرے بیٹے کو قتل کی دھمکی دی کہ
آئندہ ناجائز تجاوزات ہٹانے کا مطالبہ کیا تو قتل کردئیے جاﺅ گے۔ جناب
عالیٰ پاکستان کو بنے نصف سے زائد صدی گذر چکی ہے اب نئی نسل کن ضمیر
فروش حکمرانوں کا راستہ اور انصاف کے طلبگار ہیں۔ یہ امر قابل غور ہے کہ
صرف دس فیصد مارکیٹوں کے فرنٹ کے دکاندار فٹ پاتھ کو لاکھوں ہزاروں روپے
کے عوض ٹی ایم اے سمن آباد کو رشوت دے کر کرائے پر دیتے ہیں اور بقایا
نوے فیصد مارکیٹوں کے اندر دکاندار غربت کے اندھیروں میں رہتے ہیں۔
مٹ جائے گی نئی نسل تو کس کو انصاف دو گے
منصف ہو تو رشوت لینے والوں کو چین میں رشوت لینے والوں کی دی جانے والی
سزا موت موقع پر کیوں نہیں دیتے

وجہ یہ ہے کہ جسیے کہ میں نے ایک درخواست مورخہ 2-14-2010 بنام
ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف انٹی کرپشن ایسٹبلشمنٹ آف پاکستان پنجاب کو دی جس کی مجھے
رسید ملی کہ
The reason is that I filed an application dated 2-14-2010 with the
Directorate of Anti-Corruption Establishment of Pakistan Punjab
against which I got a receipt that
Your Complaint has been sent to Anti Corruption Establishment Department

status of your complaint by using this ID.
جس میں درخواست دی گئی کہ
My shop no. 6 is located in Bismillah Market Pakistani Chowk Ichha
Lahore. The shop is inside the market. The front of market along with
all the bazaar is heavily encroached with different shop keeper which
come in the way of those customers who want to go inside the market
for purchase or other services. Such encroachment withers away the
customers who would come inside the market and hence a cause of great
financial loss to the shop keepers of inside market. Apart from this
the encroachments become obstacle to smooth traffic flow. Also it is
be noted that in case of emergency like fire breakout such
encroachments will not let the rescue team to reach the incident and
thus will be a cause of great financial and live loss. It is not
understandable that why the concern authorities like Police, and
corporation anti encroachment departments have shut their eyes and
ears to this problems. My shop is at the end of market, please remove
the encroachment especially in front of market. Shop#6 Bismillah

مگر تاحال ساون آئے ساون جائے گذر گئے ہیں مجھے نہ تو ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف
انٹی کرپشن ایسٹبلشمنٹ آف پاکستان پپنجاب سے کوئی جواب آیا اور نہ ہی
کوئی ایکشن ہوا۔ صرف سمن آباد ٹاﺅن کی انتظامیہ کا ناجائز تجاوازات ختم
کرنے والا ٹرک کئی ماہ کے بعد کاغذی کاروائی کے لئے آتا ہے اور ناجائز
تجاوزات ختم کرنے والے ٹرک کے آنے سے پہلے انجمن تاجران اچھرہ تمام سڑک
کے فرنٹ کے دُکانداروں کو خبر کردیتی ہے کہ عارضی سامان سڑک سے ہٹا کر فٹ
پاتھ پر رہنے دو ۔ اور ناجائز تجاوزات ختم کرنے والے ٹرک سے سپیکر پر
اعلان کیا جاتا ہے کہ خبردار کیا جارہا ہے کہ کل ناجائز تجاوزات کا
اپریشن ہوگا۔ اور ناجائز تجاوزات کا ٹرک گذر جانے کے بعد انجمن تاجران
دوبارہ دکانداروں کو اطلاع کردیتی ہے کہ ناجائز تجاوزات ختم کرنے والے
عملے کو لاکھوں روپے رشوت دے دی گئی ہے لہذا اب دوبارہ اپنا سامان فٹ
پاتھ سے بھی آگے دس سے بیس فٹ سڑک پر لے آﺅ۔ اور یاد سے تمام دُکاندار
انجمن تاجران کو ماہانہ غیر قانونی بھتا وقت پر دے دیا کریں۔ جس سے ثابت
ہوا کہ وزیر اعلی اور آئی جی پولیس اور تجارتی عدل چیف جسٹس کنجڑوں کی
مانند خون رکھتا ہے کیا معلوم وزیر اعلی اور آئی جی پولیس اور تجارتی عدل
کا چیف جسٹس کس گندی نالی کے غیرمساوات کے نطفے غیر قانونی بھتاخور پولیس
اور غیر قانونی بھتاخور پٹواریوں کے ذریعے جعلی الیکشن سے مسلط کرائے گئے
ہیں۔
But so far many rainy seasons came and many rainy seasons went away
but I received no answer from the Directorate of Anti-Corruption
Establishment of Pakistan Punjab and that no action has been taken.
Only the illegal encroachment removal truck of Samanabad Town
administration comes that even after many months and just for the sake
of paper work filling and many hours before the arrival of illegal
encroachment removal truck the trade union of Ichhra Market warns the
shopkeepers of front row in advance that they should remove their
goods from the road and put them on the footpaths temporarily and then

a warning that the shopkeepers should remove their illegal
encroachments or else tomorrow action shall be taken against them and
when the truck is gone back the trade union of Ichhra Market announces
that they have paid millions in bribe to the illegal encroachment
removers and now the front row shopkeepers can put back their goods on
the roads up to 10 or 20 feet beyond footpath and do not forget to pay
the illegal ransom monthly money to the trade union on time. This
clearly proves that the blood of Chief Minister, IG Police and Chief
Justice of industrious judiciary is of a vagabond. Who knows that the
Chief Minister, IG Police and Chief Justice of industrious judiciary
are the sperms of filthy sewerage insects who have been imposed on the
public through fake rigged elections conducted through illegal ransom
minting police and illegal ransom minting revenue patwaris.
بازاروں کی سڑک سے وابستہ دکاندار اپنی دکانوں کے فٹ پاتھ اور سڑک کا دس
سے بیس فٹ حصہ تختوں کی صُورت میں کرائے پر دیتے ہیں جس کی ماہانہ غیر
قانونی حصہ پتی مُٹھی گرمی انجمن تاجران کی پیٹ پوجا کے بعد آئی جی پنجاب
چیف جسٹس پنجاب تک جاتی ہے۔ جس کا نقصان بازاروں کی مارکیٹ کے اندر موجود
دُکان داروں کی معاشی تنگ دستی ہوتی ہے۔ کیونکہ خرید فروخت کا تمام عمل
بازاروں کے ناجائز فٹ پاتھ پر موجود تختوں پر ہوجاتا ہے اور مارکیٹ کے
اندر موجود دُکاندار مارکیٹ میں گاہک کے نہ آنے پر معاشی بدحالی کی وجہ
سے حکومت پاکستان کا بویسیا قلمدان چیف جسٹس اور چیف منسٹر کو کوستے گذار
دیتے ہیں۔ جو کہ پاکستان بھر میں دُکانداروں کی دُکانداروں کی ناجائز
تجاوازت کی رشوت سے اپنے دوران خون کو حرام کررہے ہیں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ
پاکستانی مظلوم آئی ایم ایف کی ستائی مصنوعی مہنگائی کی شکار عوام کی بد
دعاﺅں کے نتیجے میں ہمیشہ پاکستانی سیاستدان بویسیاستدان بدحال بدکار اور
ملعون رہا ہے۔

جلسے جلوسوں میں استعمال کرنے کے لئے دُگنی چگنی کرنے کی سازش ہے ۔ چیف
منسٹر پنجاب ( شریر) نے اپنے دور اقتدار کے تین سال بعد ایک ہفتہ کے لئے
دکانداروں کی فٹ پاتھ اور فٹ پاتھ سے دس سے بیس فٹ ناجائز تجاوزات کا
ڈرامائی اپریشن کیا مگر ایک ہفتہ بعد راشی ٹریڈ یونین سے ساز باز کرکے
دوبارہ پہلے سے دو سو گناہ زیادہ رشوت کی بولی لگا کر ٹریڈ یونین کو
ناجائز تجاوزات کی اجازت دے دی۔ تاکہ آئندہ دو سال بعد ہونے والے الیکشن
میں ناجائز تجاوزات کی رشوت کی رقوم جلسے جلوس اور جعلی الیکشن میں
استعمال ہوسکے۔ پاکستانی عوام کو معاشی مُساوات کے پھل کی بجائے فٹ پاتھ
پر روزگار کمانے کا راستہ دینے والوں کو حرامی سور کے بچے رشوت خور کتیوں
کے بچے کہنا لازمی ہوجاتا ہے۔ان رشوت لینے والوں کو چین میں رشوت لینے
والوں کو دی جانے والی سزا سزائے موت موقع پر دینا لازمی فرض ہوگیا ہے۔
جبکہ فٹ پاتھ پر ناجائز تجاوزات اسلام اور تمام مذاہب میں ممنوع حرام ہے
اور فٹ پاتھ عوام خاص طور پر بچوں بزرگ افراد کے پیدل چلنے کا محفوظ
راستہ ہے۔
The move by king of bribery Cheif Minister Punjab (bloody bribery) and

coming election to conduct political assemblies and gatherings. In the
government of Cheif Minister Punjab (bloody bribe) after a period of
about 3 years a drama to remove the illegal encroachments of 10 to 20
feet on and in front of the footpath of shops had been performed for
one week only to shoot up the bribe money 200 times with conspiracy of
trade unions of markets and then again give permission for illegal
encroachment. So that this bribe money collected be used for up coming
elections to conduct political assemblies and gatherings through money
and to rig the elections using money. It becomes necessary to call
them bribe eater, illegal children, son of pigs and children of
bitches who instead of giving people the fruit of socio-economic
equality give them footpaths to earn their livelihood. It becomes
utmost necessary to punish these bribe eating peoples with on spot
death sentence as it is done in China under Chinese Anti-Bribery Law.
And this illegal encroachment is prohibited under Islam and all other
religions of the world and footpath is meant to be used by public
especially it is a safe walking passage for the children and the old
persons of society.

ذمہ داری ملک کے شہریوں کی جان و مال کی حفاظت کرنا ہے لہذا ہر شخص کو
چند یوم میں مفت سماجھی انصاف دیا جانا چاہیے۔ سرکاری دفاتر و عدلیہ کی
غیر قانونی بھتاخوری کرنے والوں کو تبادلوں کی ٹھنڈی میٹھی سزا کی بجائے
سزائے موت دی جانی چاہیے
جیسا کہ چین میں رشوت لینے والوں کی سزائے موت دی جاتی ہے

It is a sad state of affair that some Islamic inequality Scholars say
that a person is entitled to own as much land as he can manage full
stop and they somehow forget to mention that as much land as he can
manage by himself without having any servants. It is strange that by
what intention they do not mention the underline words, which is a
clear antithesis to Islamic concept of social equality.

After the delivery of above mentioned speech the health of
Quaid-e-Azam started to deteriorate very fast unexpectedly and after
70 days of above mentioned speech on 11 September 1948 the Quaid
departed from this world.
