میں سے ایک اشرفی بھی میرے پاس رہ جائے۔ میں چاہوں گا کہ اس کو اﷲ کے
بندوں میں دائیں بائیں اور آگے پیچھے بانٹ دوں۔

ہر عامل کو حکم دیتے کہ ترکی گھوڑے پر سوار نہ ہوگا۔ مہنگے کپڑے نہ پہنے
گا۔ چھنا ہوا آٹا ( میدہ ) نہ کھائے گا۔ دوازے پر دربان نہ رکھے گا۔ اہل
حاجت کے لئے دروازہ ہمیشہ کھلا رکھے گا۔
Caliph Hazrat Umer the companion of Last Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad
(peace be upon him) used to give orders to each appointed governor
that he shall not ride on a Turkey horse (expensive horse), he shall
not wear expensive clothes, he shall not eat superfine flour, he shall
not keep a peon on his door and he shall always keep his doors open
for the needy persons.

کررہا ہے اور یہ لوگوں کے درمیان مفت انصاف کرنے میں ناکام رہاہے۔ہمیں
دنیا کے سامنے ایک ایسا معاشی نظام پیش کرنا چاہیے جو اسلام کے صحیح تصور
مساوات اور مفت سماجھی انصاف کے اصولوں پر مبنی ہو)۔
In the inauguration of the state Bank on 1st July, 1948 the Founder of
Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam said:
"The economic system of West was creating unsolvable problems and had
failed to do justice with the people. We have to present an economic
system which should be based on the equality as enunciated by Islam
and social justice".
مذکورہ تقریر کے بعد بانی پاکستان قائد اعظم کی صحت غیر متوقع تیزی سے
گرنا شروع ہوگئی ،مذکور تقریر کے ستر دنوں بعد 11 ستمبر 1948ءکو جہان
فانی سے کوچ فرما گئے۔
After the delivery of above mentioned speech the health of
Quaid-e-Azam started to deteriorate very fast unexpectedly and after
70 days of above mentioned speech on 11 September 1948 the Quaid
departed from this world.
