احساس محرومی کا احساس ختم ہوجاتا ہے، او ر ایسے اسلامی تصور مُساوات پر
مبنی معاشرے کی آبادی اگر اٹھارہ کروڑ بھی ہو تو اٹھارہ کروڑ میں سے ایک
انسان بھی چور نہ ہوگا۔ مختصر یہ کہ اسلامی تصور مُساوات کے معاشرے میں
کسی ایک فرد کا چور ہونا بالکل نا ممکن ہے۔ اور قرآن کا حکم کہ چور کے
ہاتھ کاٹ ڈالو، اس حکم کے قیامت تک دُشمن سود خور سرمایہ دار، مفاد پرست
غیر مُساوات کے علمبردار جاگیر دار رہیں گے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ جن ممالک میں
معاشی مُساوات کا نظام نہیں ہے اُن ممالک میں چوری رشوت خوری انتہا پر
ہے۔یہی وجہ ہے کہ پاکستان اور امریکہ کی سود خوری، رشوت خوری ( امداد
فنڈ) پر مبنی دوستی کے نتائج سے پاکستانی سرکاری دفاتر و عدلیہ میں رشوت
خوری ، سرکاری مال کی چوری دنیا کے تمام ممالک سے سب سے زیادہ ہے۔ جبکہ
پاکستان کے قدرتی وسائل کے لخاظ سے دنیا کا اول ملک ہے۔پاکستان کی معاشی

آخری نبی حضرت محمد صلی اﷲ علیہ والہ وسلم کا ارشاد ہے کہ علم حاصل کرو

1948 میں چٹاگانگ میں تقریر کرتے ہوئے فرمایا

delivering a speech in Chittagong in March,1948.
مارچ 1948 کو چٹاگانگ میں بانی پاکستان قائد اعظم نے ایک موقع پر فرمایا
کہ پاکستان کی بنیادیںیقینی طور پر سماجھی مفت انصاف اور اسلامی سوشلزم
پر ہونی چاہئے ایسا کرنے سے انسانوں میں مساوات اور بھائی چارہ پروان
چڑھے گا۔

پنجاب ٹیکسٹ بک بورڈ کلاس دہم مطالعہ پاکستان مضمون پاکستان کی نظریاتی
اساس میں درج کیا گیاہے کہ یکم جولائی 1948ءکو قائد اعظم بانی پاکستان نے
سٹیٹ بینک کا افتتاح کرتے ہوئے فرمایامغرب کا معاشی نظام انسانیت کے لئے
ناقابل حل مسائل پیدا کررہا ہے اور یہ لوگوں کے درمیان مفت انصاف کرنے
میں ناکام رہاہے۔ہمیں دنیا کے سامنے ایک ایسا معاشی نظام پیش کرنا چاہیے
جو اسلام کے صحیح تصور مساوات اور مفت سماجھی انصاف کے اصولوں پر مبنی
ہو)۔
In the inauguration of the state Bank on 1st July, 1948 the Founder of
Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam said:
"The economic system of West was creating unsolvable problems and had
failed to do justice with the people. We have to present an economic
system which should be based on the equality as enunciated by Islam

مذکورہ تقریر کے بعد بانی پاکستان قائد اعظمؒ کی صحت غیر متوقع تیزی سے
گرنا شروع ہوگئی ،مذکور تقریر کے ستر دنوں بعد 11 ستمبر 1948ءکو جہان
فانی سے کوچ فرما گئے۔
After the delivery of above mentioned speech the health of
Quaid-e-Azam started to deteriorate very fast unexpectedly and after
70 days of above mentioned speech on 11 September 1948 the Quaid
departed from this world.
سرکاری دفاتر و تجارتی عدلیہ میں رشوت اور غیر قانونی بھتاخوری کا علاج
ایک ماہ میں ممکن ہے ، چین میں رشوت لینے والوں کو سخت ترین سزا سزائے
موت دی جاتی ہے۔کیونکہ یہ سچائی ہے کہ جس ملک میں رشوت لینے کا گراف صفر
ہوگا اُس ملک میں شریف ایماندار افراد سرمایہ کاری کریں گے۔یہی وجہ ہے کہ
چین ترقی کی سپر پاور ہے۔ جبکہ ٹاٹا کے قوانین یا اس سے ملتے جُلتے
قوانین کبھی کرپشن ختم نہیں کرتے ہیں۔ اگر کسی نے اپنا ملک چند دنوں میں
مستحکم کرنا ہے تو بہترین طریقہ چائنہ کے اینٹی برائبری قوانین یعنی رشوت
لینے والوں کو سزائے موت کا انعام دیا جائے۔واضح ہو کہ اغوا برائے تاوان
کا مجرم اور غیر قانونی بھتا سرکاری دفاتر و تجارتی عدلیہ میں لینے والا
ایک ہی ذہنیت کے مالک حقیقی دہشت گرد ہیں۔واضح ہو کہ نوے فیصد شہری رشوت
کو بطور غیر قانونی تاوان بھتا بوجہ مجبوری کئی دہائیوں کے تاخیر انصاف
کی دلدل کے خوف سے جائز امور کے حصول کے لئے پاکستان کے تمام سرکاری
دفاتر و تجارتی عدلیہ میں بلیک میل ہو کر دیتے ہیں۔ خبردار رشوت خور
معاشرہ غیر مُساوات کی طاقتوں کے مفاد میں ہے اور رشوت سے پاک معاشرہ
معاشی مُساوات اور چند یوم میں مفت انصاف کی راہ میں آسانی ہے۔
پاکستان میں راشی ٹریڈ یونین کی فٹ پاتھ سے دس سے بیس فٹ ناجائز تجاوزات
سے بچوں اور ضعیف افراد کا فٹ پاتھ چھین لیا جاتا ہے۔اسلام یا دیگر کسی
مذہب میںدُکانداروں کی فٹ پاتھ اور فٹ پاتھ سے دس سے بیس فٹ ناجائز
تجاوزات کو ممنوع و رزق حرام قرار دیا ہے۔اب فیصلہ کیا جانا چاہیے کہ
راشی انجمن تاجران، راشی اخبارات و نیوز ٹیلی ویژن کے مالکان، راشی
سرکاری افسران، اور راشی عوامی نمائندوں کی جیب میں رشوت کا مال حرام
جائے یا نوے فیصد عوام کو اُں کا فٹ پاتھ پیدل چلنے کے لئے دیا جائے اور
ملک کو خوبصورت بنایا جائے۔لہذا راشی انجمن تاجران، راشی اخبارات و نیوز
ٹیلی ویژن کے مالکان، راشی سرکاری افسران، اور راشی عوامی نمائندوں کی
جیب میں فٹ پاتھ اور فٹ پاتھ سے دس سے بیس فٹ ناجائز تجاوازت کا مقدمہ
اور سرکاری دفاتر و تجارتی عدلیہ کے کئی دہائیوں کے تاخیر انصاف کے
راشیوں غیر قانونی بھتاخوروں کی سزائے موت مطابق چائنہ کے اینٹی برائبری
قانون کا عمل درآمد فوری بذریعہ صدارتی آرڈیننس یا ایوان قانون سازی سے
پروانہ جاری ہونا چاہیے۔ ایسا کرنے سے ایک ماہ میں پاکستان مستحکم ہوجائے
گا۔ اور نئی نسل سرکاری دفاتر و تجارتی عدلیہ کی غیر قانونی بھتاخوری و
کئی دہائیوں کے تاخیر انصاف کی ذمہ دار شیطان بار کونسل سے محفوظ رہیں
گے۔ واضح ہو کہ اگر پاکستان میں عوامی ریفرنڈم لیا جائے تو ماسوائے
امریکی و برطانوی اغلام نیوز میڈیا و خبارات کے راشی مالکان کے تمام
پاکستانی پاکستان کے سرکاری دفاتر و تجارتی عدلیہ و شیطان بار کونسل کی
کئی دہائیوں کے تاخیر انصاف و غیر قانونی بھتاخوری کی گواہی دیں گے۔
پاکستان میں خصوصا پنچاب گورنمٹ کے غیر قانونی بھتاخور راشی سارا دن
سرکاری دفاتر و عدلیہ میں شہریوں کو کئی دہائیوں کے تاخیر انصاف کے
ہتھکنڈے استعمال کرکے روزانہ اربوں روپے رشوت و غیر قانونی بھتا خوری کی
صورت میں ڈکیٹی کرکے حقیقی دہشت گرد ثابت ہوتے ہیں۔واضح رہے کہ جس ملک
میں امریکی برطانوی اسرائیلی غیر مُساوات کا نظام ہوگا وہاں کرپشن اور
رشوت خوری کو معاشرے اور سرکاری مشینری میں رشوت کو بطور ہتھیار استعمال
کرکے سارا ملک سرکاری سطح پر کرپٹ راشی کیا جاتا ہے۔ واضح ہو کہ جس ملک
میں امریکہ برطانیہ، اسرائیل کا نظام ہوگا وہاں رشوت کرپشن غیر قانونی
بھتاخوری کو سرکاری سطح پر مضبوط کیا جاتا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ رات کے
اوقات پاکستانی بازاروں میں سرکاری افسران، تجارتی عدلیہ کے ملازمین اور
عوامی نمائندوں کی بیگمات، بیٹے، بیٹیاں سرکاری گاڑیوں کو سرکاری ڈرائیور
سمیت سیر تفریخ شاپنگ کا ذریعہ بنا کر روزانہ اربوں روپے کا پٹرول سرکاری
حزانہ سے استعمال کرتے ہیں۔امریکی اغلام افواج پاکستان کو اسی فیصد خون
پسینہ سے سالانہ بجٹ دینے والی غریب عوام مصنوعی مہنگائی، حرام خور ٹریڈ
یونین کی بازاروں میں دُکانداروں کی فٹ پاتھ سے دس سے بیس فٹ ناجائز
تجاوزات کی نہ رکنے والی شیطانی، اور سرکاری دفاتر و عدلیہ کی غیر قانونی
بھتاخوری اور کئی دہائیوں کے تاخیر انصاف کی سرکاری مشینری کی حقیقی دہشت
گردی کا شکار ہے۔ان حقیقی دہشت گردوں کو چین میں دی جانی والی رشوت خوروں
کو سزا سزائے موت کا قانون کا تحفہ کب دیا جائے گا؟
چائنہ میں سرکاری دفاتر و عدلیہ کی رشوت کے خلاف قانون رشوت لینے والے کو
سزائے موت دی جاتی ہے
پاکستان میں سرکاری دفاتر و عدلیہ کے شدید رشوت خوروں اور غیر قانونی
بھتا خوروں کے لئے ایوان قانون سازی کو شرم کرنی چاہیے کہ چین کی مثال
لیتے ہوئے وہ بھی ایسے قوانین مرتب کرے کہ جس سے پاکستان کے سرکاری دفاتر
و عدلیہ میں رشوت خوروں غیر قانونی بھتاخوروں راشی یونین بار کونسلز کے
راشیوں کو سزائے موت دی جائے۔ یاد رہے کہ جس ملک میں رشوت نہیں ہوگی اُس
ملک میں مصنوعی مہنگائی غربت غیر قانونی حرکات کا خود بخود خاتمہ ہوجائے
گا اور بیرون ملک سے شریف ایماندار سرمایہ دار کثرت سے آئیں گے۔ اور
امریکی و برطانوی رشوت پسند جواریے جو کہ پاکستان میں مصنوعی مہنگائی آئی
ایم ایف کے ذریعے دانستہ کروا کر پاکستانی عوام کو مصنوعی مہنگائی کی
دلدل میں ڈال کر تھرپاکر کا کوئلہ استعمال کرنے یا نئے ڈیم بنانے کے
بجائے تیل سے بجلی بنوا کر پاکستان کے سونا کی کانوں سے سونا چوری کرکے
امریکی اغلام افواج پاکستان کے افسروں کو رشوت دیتے ہیں وہ پاکستان میں
رشوت خوروں کی سزا سزائے موت قرار دئے جانے کے بعد خود بخود پاکستان سے
دفع ہاجائیں گے۔

آخری نبی حضرت محمد صلی اﷲ علیہ والہ وسلم کا ارشاد ہے کہ علم حاصل کرو
چاہے چین جانا پڑے۔ چائنہ میں رشوت لینے والے کو سزائے موت اس لئے دی
جاتی ہے کیونکہ چین کے حاکم ہمیشہ سے عقل دانش میں تمام دنیا میں عظیم تر
ہیں۔ چائنہ میں رشوت لینے والے کو سزائے موت دینا عقلی انداز سے مثبت اس
لئے ہے کہ جیسا کہ پاکستان میں قیام پاکستان سے تاحال تمام سرکاری دفاتر
و کئی دہائیوں پر مبنی شیطان بار کونسل پر مبنی شدید غیر قانونی بھتاخور
و رشوت خور تجارتی عدلیہ کے ظالم پاکستان کے مظلوم شہریوں کو غیر مُساوات
( امیر کے لئے الگ قانون اور غریب کے لئے الگ قانون اور وی آئی پی کے لئے
قانون کی معافی) برطانوی قوانین سے اس قدر دھمکاتے ہیں اور غیر قانونی
بھتا طلب کرتے ہیں اور سائلین کے جائز امور پر ساتلین سے جبری غیر قانونی
بھتا وصول کیا جاتا ہے اور جو سائلین سرکاری راشیوں کو غیر قانونی بھتا
نہ دے تو اُس کا سرکاری کام ناممکن بنادیا جاتا ہے اور معصوم سائلین جب
اعلی سرکاری افسران یا اعلی سرکاری ایوان یا برسر اقتدار سے رجوع کرتے
ہیں تو کھل کر سامنے آجاتا ہے کہ گریڈ اول کے سرکاری اہلکار سے لے کر
انتہائی گریڈ یا انتہائی انتظامی طاقت کے کارندے تک سب رشوت کے نظام میں
مصروف عمل ہیں۔اور یہی ظلم کی انتہا نہیں پاکستان کے اٹھانوے فیصد
اخبارات و نیوز ٹیلی ویژن کے مالکان بھی امریکی و برطانوی جواریوں کے
راشی ایجنٹ ثابت ہوتے ہیں۔ اس سارے راشی عمل میں ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ عوام
رشوت دینا نہیں چاہتے ہیں بلکہ سرکاری راشی دفاتر و راشی عدلیہ کے بندر
پاکستان کے شہر یوں سے حقیقی دہشت گردی کرکے پاکستان کے شہریوں کو مجبور
کرتے ہیں کہ غیر قانونی بھتا دینے سے ہی سرکاری امور انجام پائے جائیں گے
اور سرکاری اہکار پاکستانی غریب شہیروں کو بلیک میل کرکے کہتے ہیں کہ جو
سائل سرکاری اہکاروں کو غیر قانونی بھتا نہ دے گا اُس کے کام کو کئی
دہائیوں کے برطانوی غیر مُساوات کے قوانین پر مبنی اعتراضات کی بھرمار سے
گہری دلدل میں دھکیل دیا جائے گا ۔ جس پر ہر وہ پاکستانی جو کہ قیام
پاکستان کے وقت اپنا سب کچھ ہندوستان کے بھارتی حصہ میں چھوڑ کر برصغیر
کے چودھریوں کے دھوکے میں پاکستان آیا تھا وہ جب برطانوی ایجنٹ پاکستانی
میڈیا کے اخبارات و نیوز ٹیلی ویژن میں چودھری لفظ کو چوہدری جاگیردارانہ
غیر مُساوات کے نظام کی تقویت میں لکھا ہوا دیکھتا ہے تو سب سے زیادہ
لعنتی اور چائنہ کے رشوت خور ی کے قانون کے مطابق سزائے موت کے مستحق
پاکستان کے ایسے راشی نیوز ٹیلی ویژن و اخبارت کے مالکان ہیں جو کہ قیام
پاکستان سے تاحال سنکسرت کے لفظ چودھری کو چوہدری لکھ کر قوم کو ادب کا
دھوکا دیتے ہیں۔ یہی وہ ظالم راشی نیوز ٹیلی ویژن و اخبارات کے بے غیرت
راشی مالکان ہیں جو کہ سرکاری دفاتر و تجارتی عدلیہ کی شدید غیر قانونی
بھتا خوری ایک دن میں سرکاری کام کروانے کا فلاں بھتا ریٹ ، ایک ہفتہ میں
سرکاری کام کروانے کا فلاں بھتا ریٹ، ایک ماہ میں سرکاری کام کروانے کا
فلاں بھتا ریٹ پر دانستہ خاموش ہیں۔
The last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said that learn
knowledge even if you have to travel to China. Any person who takes
bribe is punished by death in China because the rulers of China are
the wisest among the whole world. This punishment of death for bribe
taker in China is very positive because in Pakistan from the very
creation till now all the government offices and the extremely bribe
taking and illegal ransom minting industrial courts composed of
decades long devil bar councils these tyrants put so much fear on the
poor citizens of Pakistan with the inequality laws of britain (where
there are separate laws for the rich and separate laws for the poor
people) and the applicants are demanded to pay bribe money and forced
illegal ransom money for their genuine legal official works and if the
applicants do not pay the bribe money or the illegal ransom money then
their genuine legal official work is delayed for decades and even made
impossible with countless dubious objections and if the applicant goes
up to the higher officials for any remedy then he is stunned to know
that from bottom upto the highest grade officials and the ones with
the most executive powers all are busy in taking bribe money and
minting illegal ransom money. And this is not the height of tyranny as
the 98% of the newspapers and TV news channels owners have been proved
to be the most bribe eating ransom minting agents of inequality
gambler britain and america. And this is proved that the poor people
of Pakistan do not want to give bribe and ransom money for their
genuine legal work but the are forced just like terrorism to pay bribe
and illegal ransom money for their genuine legal works or else their
genuine legal works are made impossible with dubious countless
objections under the inequality laws of britain and thus pushed into
the swamp. And on this every Pakistani who left his share in Baharat
to migrate to Pakistan of the Chaudhary's of subcontinent in deception
and see and read the word Chaudhary to be written as Chauhdry in the
news papers and TV news channels in the support and favour of the
inequality feudalist landlords then a word of curse descends upon such
britian agent media owners who are utmost liable to be punished with
death instantly under China anti-bribery Law. Because these media
owners who have been deceiving the nation by showing the Sanskrit word
Chaudhary as Chauhdry are criminally silent over the separate bribe
and illegal ransom rates for applicants genuine legal works to be done
in one day or one week or one month.

بانی پاکستان قائد اعظم ؒ نے مارچ 1948 میں چٹاگانگ میں تقریر کرتے ہوئے فرمایا
"Pakistan should be based on sure foundations of social Justice and
Islamic Socialism which emphasizes equality and brotherhood of man",
the Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam on an occasion when he was
delivering a speech in Chittagong in March,1948.
اور اسی طرح، یکم جولائی 1948ءکو بانی پاکستان قائد اعظم نے سٹیٹ بینک کا
افتتاح کرتے ہوئے فرمایامغرب کا معاشی نظام انسانیت کے لئے ناقابل حل
مسائل پیدا کررہا ہے اور یہ لوگوں کے درمیان مفت انصاف کرنے میں ناکام
رہاہے۔ہمیں دنیا کے سامنے ایک ایسا معاشی نظام پیش کرنا چاہیے جو اسلام
کے صحیح تصور مساوات اور مفت سماجھی انصاف کے اصولوں پر مبنی ہو)۔
In the inauguration of the state Bank on 1st July, 1948 Founder of
Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam said:
"The economic system of West was creating unsolvable problems and had
failed to do justice with the people. We have to present an economic
system which should be based on the equality as enunciated by Islam
and social justice".
It is appealed to the persons in power to implement the founder of our
nation Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam's order of true doctrine of
equality as enunciated by Islam and speedy social justice within a few
days for the general public free of any price, because if there is any
price associated with dispensation of justice then it becomes a trade
and not justice.
For the past fifty years the governmental departments are echoing with
illegal ransom money minting. If the applicants pay the illegal ransom
money in thousands or millions then their
genuine work is done within a few hours. And if applicants does not
pay the illegal ransom money in thousands or millions then their
genuine work is not done and is made pending for decades on account of
absurd objections. If the applicants goes to high officials or persons
in power to save himself from the illegal ransom money demands by the
government officials for their genuine work then it occurs to them
that all the high officials and persons in power are busy in minting
money through illegal ransom. Please make strictest possible penal
laws against such government officers and persons in power who demand
illegal ransom money and not make a mockery of justice by just
transferring ransom demanding government officials. Many thanks.

صاحب اقتدار سے اپیل ہے کہ بانی پاکستان قائد اعظم کا حکم اسلام کے صحیح
تصور مساوات اورچند یوم میں ملنے والا مفت سماجھی انصاف عام عوام کے حق
میں پاکستان میں تعبیر فرمائیں۔عین نوازش ہوگی۔ مفت انصاف بغیر کسی قسم
کی قیمت کے عام عوام کو چند یوم میں مہیا کیا جائے کیونکہ مفت انصاف کے
حصول میں کسی قسم کی کوئی قیمت ہو تو مفت انصاف نہیں رہتا ہے بلکہ مفت
انصاف تجارت بن جاتا ہے۔
گذشتہ نصف صدی سے سرکاری دفاتر میں بھّتاخوری کی بازگشت شدت سے گونجتی
رہتی ہے، سائلین کے جائز امور پر ہزاروں، لاکھوں روپے بھّتا لینے کے بعد
چند گھنٹوں میں دفتری امور کردئیے جاتے ہیں، اور سائلین کے جائز امور پر
جو سائل بھّتا نہ دے اُس کا سرکاری کام نہیں کیا جاتا ہے،اور اعتراضات کی
بھرمار سے سائلین کا کام دہائیوں کے سالوں پر محیط کردیا جاتا ہے اگر
سائلین اپنا جائز کام سرکاری اہلکاروں کو بھتا دینے سے بچنے کیلئے اعلٰی
سرکاری اہلکار و صاحبِ اقتدار سے رجوع کرے تو ان کو صاف محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ
سب اعلٰی سرکاری اہلکار و صاحبِ اقتدار بھی بھتا خوری ( مِثل نُمونہ
واردات اِغوا برائے تاوان حقیقی دہشت گردی ) میں مصروف عمل ہیں۔ برائے
مہربانی سرکاری بھّتاخوروں کو تبادلوں کی سزا کی بجائے سخت ترین قانون
سازی کے تحت سزا دیں۔ عین نوازش ہوگی۔ پاکستان زندہ باد۔
اور پاکستان کے تمام صوبوں کے پولیس جنرل انسپکٹر ، اور وفاقی خفیہ ادارہ
F.I.A، اور پاکستانی فوجی خفیہ ادارہ آئی ایس آئی اور امریکی و برطانوی
اغلام افواج پاکستان کے راشی افسران اور پاکستان کے صوبائی وزارء اور
قومی اسمبلی کے وزراء وزیر اعلی صاحبان اور پاکستان کے سرکاری دفاتر و
عدلیہ کے تمام راشی اہلکار غیر قانونی بھتاخور جن کے خون میں وراثتی طور
پر رشوت اور غیر قانونی بھتا لینے کی عادت ہے ایسے ناسور کو سزائے موت جب
ملے گے تو پاکستان ایک ماہ کے اندر انقلاب پا کر خوشخال ہوجائے گا۔ اس کے
لئے سب سے پہلے ایک غیور صدر ہونا چاہیے جو کہ پاکستان میں حکم نامہ کے
ذریعے فوری طور پر رشوت لینے والوں کی سزا سزائے موت قرار دے اس طرح سب
سے پہلے امریکی اغلام افواج پاکستان کے راشی افسروں اور چئیر میں سینیٹر
اور ممبران سینٹر غیر مُساوات پسند راشیوں اور پاکستانی قوم کو کئی
دہائیوں پرمحیط شیطان بار کونسل پر مشتمل انتہائی شدید غیر قانونی
بھتاخور راشی عدلیہ دینے والے چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان کو چائنہ رشوت کے خلاف
قانون کی مثل کے تحت سب سے پہلے سزائے موت دینے چاہیے تاکہ آئندہ معاشی
مُساوات اور مفت سماجھی انصاف کے چراغ روشن ہوسکیں۔

معاشی مُساوات و چند یوم میں مُفت سماجھی انصاف
ہر شخص اپنی قابلیت کی بنیاد پر بغیر اپنے پاس ملازم رکھے پر شخص اپنی
ضرورت کے مطابق اپنا بنیادی حق بغیر ذاتی ملازم رکھے لے گا۔ زرعی اور
رہائشی زمین ہر شخص کو اتنی دی ملے جتنی وہ بغیر ملازم رکھے خود کام میں
لے آسکے۔ ایک شخص دوسرے شخص سے وقار حیثیت میں برابر ہے۔ چونکہ ریاست کی
ذمہ داری ملک کے شہریوں کی جان و مال کی حفاظت کرنا ہے لہذا ہر شخص کو
چند یوم میں مفت سماجھی انصاف دیا جانا چاہیے۔ سرکاری دفاتر و عدلیہ کی
غیر قانونی بھتاخوری کرنے والوں کو تبادلوں کی ٹھنڈی میٹھی سزا کی بجائے

دے کر پاکستان میں عریانی فحاشی کی بندش کھولنے کا حکم دے دیا۔ جس سے
ثابت ہو واقعی چیف جسٹس افتحار چوہدری شیطان صفت ثابت ہوا اور اُس کی
احولی آنکھوں نہ یہ بھی نہ دیکھا کہ جیو کنجڑ اور جنگ گروپ کے کنجڑ
مالکان پاکستانی قوم کو فحش اشتہارات کے بھرمار سے اخلاقی طور پر تباہ

نظریہ پاکستان کے خلاف اور رشوت کا پلندا جانتے ہوئے جیو نیوز اور جنگ
گروپ جنگ اخبار کو ہمیشہ کے لئے بند کرکے پاکستانی قوم کے بچوں کو فحش
اشتہارات دیکھنے سے بچایا جائے۔ اور چائنہ کے قانون کے مطابق شیخ اکرم کی
تمام جائیداد بحق حکومت پاکستان ضبط کرلی جائے۔ اور انشاءاﷲ متنازعہ چیف
جسٹس افتحار چوہدری کے غیر شرعی اور اسلام نظریہ پاکستان کے خلاف دشمنی
پر اکبر الہ آبادی کا شعر کہ جس دن ہوا پیدا وکیل تو شیطان نے کہا آج میں
بھی صاحب اولاد ہوگیا کے تحت قدرت ظالموں کو جلد سخت سزا دے گی۔ شاید
قدرت متنازعہ چیف جسٹس افتخار چودھری کو اُس کے اصلی وطن اسرائیل بھاگنے
کا بھی موقع نہ دے گی۔یہی وہ افتخار چودھری ہے جو کہ ریمنڈ ڈیوس کے
ہاتھوں قتل ہونے والے پاکستانیوں اور ریمنڈ ڈیوس بطور جاسوس فیصلہ پر
امریکی و برطانوی و اسرائیلی بطخ بن کر جوہڑ میں منہ گردن سمیت چھپا کر
بیٹھ گیا تھا۔جس پر ثابت ہوا کہ چیف جسٹس افتخار چودھری اصلی منصف نہیں
ہے ، اصلی منصف سعودی عرب کی طرح کی چند یوم میں مفت عدل کرنے والی عدلیہ
ہے۔ اصلی منصف کو حکم کا اشارہ کافی ہے۔پس ثابت ہوا کہ جس کسی نے بھی
متنازعہ تجارتی عدل کے چیف جسٹس افتخار چودھری کی غیر قانونی بحالی میں
حصہ لیا شائد اُنھوں نے اپنی ماﺅں کا پیا دودھ حرام کرڈالا۔

murdered then there is 90% surety that in such an incident there is

نیوز ٹیلی ویژن میں بانی پاکستان محمد علی جناح کی آخری تقریرکبھی بھی نہ
تو نشر کی اور نہ صحافت میں تحریر کی اور پاکستان کی صحافت خاص طور پر
پریس کلب لاہور کے تمام غنڈے بدمعاش کنجڑ صحافت کی آڑ میں قائد اعظم محمد
علی جناح کے اسلامی تصور مُساوات و مفت سماجھی انصاف کے دُشمن شدید اور

میں ناکام رہاہے۔ہمیں دنیا کے سامنے ایک ایسا معاشی نظام پیش کرنا چاہیے
جو اسلام کے صحیح تصور مساوات اور مفت سماجھی انصاف کے اصولوں پر مبنی
ہو)۔
In the inauguration of the state Bank on 1st July, 1948 the Founder of
Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam said:
"The economic system of West was creating unsolvable problems and had
failed to do justice with the people. We have to present an economic
system which should be based on the equality as enunciated by Islam
and social justice".
مذکورہ تقریر کے بعد بانی پاکستان قائد اعظمؒ کی صحت غیر متوقع تیزی سے
گرنا شروع ہوگئی ،مذکور تقریر کے ستر دنوں بعد 11 ستمبر 1948ءکو جہان
فانی سے کوچ فرما گئے۔
After the delivery of above mentioned speech the health of
Quaid-e-Azam started to deteriorate very fast unexpectedly and after
70 days of above mentioned speech on 11 September 1948 the Quaid
departed from this world.

کو میں پریس کلب لاہور کے دفتر سے آگے فٹ پر میرے کھڑا ہونا قانونی تھا
اور پریس کلب آف پاکستان کے غنڈوں کی نقص امن کی بدمستی کی خبر لے۔
استدعا کی جاتی ہے کہ پاکستان کے تمام شہریوں کو پاکستان کے کسی بھی
بازار سڑک پر موجود عوامی مسائل کی فلم سازی کرنے کی انسانی حقوق کے تحت
کھلی اجازت ہے۔ اور پاکستان کے علاوہ تمام ممالک کے شہریوں کے پاس ماضی
سے تاحال کیمرہ اُن کے لباس کا حصہ ہوتا ہے، اور پاکستان کے علاوہ تمام
ممالک کے شہریوں کو عوامی مسائل اور دلچسپ مناظر کی فلم و تصویر بنانے کا
انسانی حقوق کے تحت حق حاصل ہے، مگر پریس کلب آف پاکستان خاص طور پر
لاہور پریس کے غنڈوں بدمعاشوں کنجڑوں نے عوام کو عوامی مسائل کی فلم و
تصویر اتارنا کے انسانی حق کو ممنوع قرار دیا ہے جس کی وجہ پریس کلب آف

یہ ممنوع نہیں ہے کیونکہ صحافی بلیو پرنٹ یعنی ننگا کنجڑ تو نہیں ہوتا

poor public transport drivers protesting on the artificially created
crises of CNG under an illusion that the so called journalists of
Lahore Press Club with an illegally constructed building are their
messiah. I started to make a film with my mobile of the protest of the
poor public transport drivers standing on the footpath in front of the
Lahore Press Club with an illegally constructed building where all of
a sudden a dog-like person of Lahore Press Club with an illegally
constructed building ran towards me while barking and tried to snatch
my mobile which I did not let happen. Thereon all of the other so
called journalists of the Lahore Press Club with an illegally
constructed building also came to me. The dog-like person of Lahore
Press Club with an illegally constructed building from which I could
smell wine from his mouth argued with me that I can not make a film of
this event and that making film of such an event is the sole right of
the approved persons of Lahore Press Club with an illegally

cameramen at the event started to make film of me and my visiting in
my hand. Even on this the so called journalists of Lahore Press Club
with an illegally constructed building again threatened me with dire
consequences and said that you can not make film of the journalists or
cameramen. Thereafter the policemen standing in front of the Lahore
Press Club with an illegally constructed building came to the
situation and after reading my visiting card in my hand said that this
person also belongs to media, so the persons of media should not fight
with each other and create a situation of disruption of peace. Then
the so called journalists of Lahore Press Club with an illegally
constructed building got lost to avoid being arrested on disruption of
peace.
My dear country fellowmen we have heard that there are bribed trade
unions of markets who are responsible for the illegal encroachments of
ten to twenty feet in front of the shops on the footpath and roads and
there is a trade like judiciary a money minting industry based on
bribed bar councils selling justice with decades long delays but now
this applicant has come to a definite conclusion that among all of
these social evil diseases the mother of all social evil diseases are
the bribe struck lewd vagabond journalists. I can say for sure that
from the very creation of Pakistan till now no so called journalist
has ever stated or quoted the last address of Quaid-e-Azam about the
his vision of Islamic Socio-Economic Equality and Free of Price Social
Justice within Few Days in any newspaper or television broadcast or on
any other medium. And the so called journalists of Pakistan and
especially the ones in Lahore Press Club with an illegally constructed
building who are lewd vagabonds are the foremost enemy and traitors of

building be tested for drugs and intoxicants. The applicant is
definitely sure that all the persons present in the illegally
constructed building of Lahore Press Club are vagabonds wine drinker
lewd gay consisting of body selling dogs and bitches whereas wine and
intoxicants are illegal in Pakistan.
It is prayed that the president of Lahore Press Club with an illegally
constructed building should stop his lewdness and notice should be
taken where my standing on the footpath in front of the Lahore Press
Club on 15 July 2011 was illegal and the disruption of peace by the
intoxicated vagabonds of Press Club of Pakistan.
It is prayed that under human rights it is allowed for every citizen
of Pakistan to make a film of public protests and public problems on
any road and footpath or market of Pakistan. And apart from Pakistan
in all other countries keeping a camera is like wearing clothes for
every citizen and apart from Pakistan all the citizens of other
countries have their birth right to make films of public protests and
public problems. But the Press Club of Pakistan and especially the
Lahore Press Club with an illegally constructed building has barred
the citizens from their human right to make film of public protests
and public problems and the intention behind this is that they are
actually bribe eaters and black mailers selling news and pictures and
films and thus want to retain their monopoly. And if a citizen makes
any film of a public event and during the course the so called
journalists are also captured on the film it shouldn't be a problem of
course if the so called journalists are not nakedly in blue print
state? (All the members of Lahore Press Club with an illegally
constructed building has threatened me that especially I can not take
a film of the so called journalists of Lahore Press Club with an
illegally constructed building which clearly proves that they are
actually lewd vagabonds and nakedly blue print bribe eaters for which
it becomes mandatory for the present government of Pakistan to punish
them with death sentence as it is implemented in China under
Anti-Bribery Law).
The Press Club of Pakistan and especially the Lahore Press Club with
