Today, Hipmunk’s CEO Adam Goldstein and CTO Steve Huffmann are coming to class. Big time EC2 shop, interesting stories and most amazing travel innovation I have seen for years. See you all in class.

Later this week, there is the DataEDGE Conference at Berkeley (Banatao Auditorium, Sutardja Dai Hall, UC Berkeley) this Thu 31 May and Friday, 01 June. http://bit.ly/ischooldata. AnnaLee Saxenian gave me the code DATAEDGE-REG-COMP that gets you in for free if you register TODAY. It will not work thereafter.

And next week, there is the Economist Big Data conference in San Francisco, at YBC (Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, 701 Mission and 3rd St). http://information.economist.com . Please let me know today if you are interested in attending and I will see what I can do.
