I have done some thinking recently regarding social crm product. I think we should stick to basics first. Message is the basic of social media. People send twitter message, facebook wall post, ... Traditional CRM use call center to handle all customer interaction, Social CRM use all different kind of messages to have conversation with customers. I would call it Message Center. I update the document to reflect this thought, (http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=df3r383b_25f2h6pmff&hl=en) what do you think? 

BTW, do you have time to talk this week? how about thursday night? or weekend?
