Hi, All:

Here is the summary of last night's discussion:

1. Our goal is to develop a version of software within 3 months, which is usable, as in our design doc.
2. Yuejie already started coding, Wei has develop a simple site: www.socialnetcrm.com(socialnetcrm.appspot.com)
3. We understand that we are facing resource and time constraint when we are doing this on part time basis.
4. We need to find a flexible structure to allow multiple developers to work at different times, still maintain a good quality
5. Yuejie is going to clean the code and put the code in Google project hosting site. He will split up the module and tasks.
6. Each task should be able to finish within a week.
7. We will use google hosting's issue tracking for now, each could assign a task to himself,finish within a week.
8. We check the status each week.
9. We might recruit new members to our project, each member is partner for the project. 
10. We need to continue to update our design while we are developing and get feedback from potential customers and analyst. You could send email to discussion group for any thoughts.
