Because of the mindset of "puritanism" that tends to be opposed to the concept of "leisure"
it may be prudent to advocate for the idea of a basic guaranteed income as a step towards
Social Credit.
Social Credit is also about self empowerment, which in turn will lead to questions about the validity
of puritanism.
Having said that, there is nothing wrong with working for a living for those that are so inclined.
And "working" can mean many things to many people.

That's the concluding quote from the the attached excerpt from Gorham Munson's book "Aladdin's Lamp".
It also illustrates a problem of mindset: Black versus white, Leisure versus work. And seemingly nothing in between.
Is that why Social Credit has floundered?

Social Credit philosophy philosophy is not based on vague generalities, Steve.
It is based firmly on the worth of the individual as opposed to group dominance.
What you describe could apply to a dictatorship, were it benevolent enough.
