The fellow will be involved in all aspects of research including study development, data collection and analysis, and dissemination of research findings. They will develop and teach an undergraduate seminar one semester each year in their area of expertise. They will also have the opportunity to mentor exceptional undergraduates involved in research. This fellowship is designed to prepare the fellow to compete successfully for a tenure-track position in cognitive, cognitive/clinical neuroscience and/or clinical psychology and includes training and supervision to develop an independent research program and to mentor and teach undergraduates. Wesleyan University is a highly selective liberal arts institution, where faculty are actively engaged in research. Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in psychology or a related field
Preferred Qualifications: Competitive candidates will have a demonstrated ability to complete projects as evidenced by first-author publications, experience in behavioral experimental research, and proficiency with programming and statistical analysis software (e.g., Matlab, PsychoPy, E-prime, R, SPSS). Previous experience with clinical populations will be viewed favorably.
