We are pleased to inform you that the Tribal Mental Health Project of the Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (IMHANS)Kozhikode in collaboration with Don Bosco College, Sulthan Bathery and the Department of Psychosocial Support in Disaster Management at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), is organizing a National Conference on "Innovations in Interventions for the Indigenous Population". This event is scheduled to take place at Don Bosco College, Sulthan Bathery, from January 9 to 11, 2025.
The conference aims to explore innovative approaches and best practices in addressing the psychosocial, mental health, and well-being challenges faced by indigenous communities in India. This conference not only offers the opportunity to engage with a one-of-a-kind theme but also allows participants to experience the charm of one of Kerala's most sought-after tourist destinations. Set against the serene landscapes of Wayanad, the event aims to spark meaningful discussions and innovative insights in a truly inspiring setting.
