Analysis
1.Within four years, NGOs have been given fund by Govt. of India at the tune of Rs. 39,82,24,049 ( Thirty Nine Crore Eighty Two lakhs Twenty four thousand fourty nine rupees only) for strengthening Education among scheduled tribe girls in low literacy districts in Odisha.
2. It is high time to review whether there is any increase in terms of literacy rate among Scheduled Tribe girls in low literacy districts like Koraput, Nawarangpur, Rayagada, Keonjhar, Malkangiri etc. due to pumping of huge fund for it through NGOs.
3. More startling information about this issue will be disseminated in public domain in the coming days.
