Dear friends,

1. I have asked information to P.O.I. of Health& F.W department regarding the details of inquiry report of The Director of Public Health (as per Letter No. 3065/H, Dated 01.2.2013) in my RTI Application dated 04^th March 2013,

 

2.  I did not get any information from the P.I.O(This is a regular habit of Health department not to provide information, many Complaint Cases and Appeals were registered with Odisha Information Commission but Information Commission Sri Jagadananda has never given any importance to these cases, rather he showed his soft corner towards Public Information Officer of Health Department and the reason is well known to Sri Jagadananda)

 

3. I have appealed to the First Appellate Authority (Sri S. B. Dash, IAS) on 03^rd May 2013 by Speed post and the same was received by Health Department on 04^th May 2013.

 

4. On 24^th May 2013 I received one Letter No. RTI-149/2013, 15176/H DATED 20.05.2013  from the Public Information (Nodal) Mrs. Puspita Rout.

 

 

a)          In that letter she has directed me to appear before the First appellate authority on       29.5.2013 at 11.30PM !!!! I cannot understand that which department inOdisha       Secretariat is working at 11.30 PM night!

b)    Again she has done another blunder mistake   by mentioning that the Appeal is arising out of RTI application dated 22.4.2013 but actually the appeal is arising out of RTI application dated 04.3.2013.  This type of work by PIO(Nodal) shows that Health    Department employees are not at all serious   about RTI Act 2005.

 

5. The Public Information (Nodal) Mrs. Puspita Rout has given very short period to attend the hearing, as the  Letter No. RTI-149/2013, 15176/H dated 20.05.2013 was signed by her on 20.5.2013 and sent by registered post(RO  434794835 IN) on 23.5.2013 and I received the same on 24.5.2013 hence it shows that the concerned PIO (Nodal) has intentionally did this mischief, so that the appellant may not get sufficient time to attend the hearing and this is the second occasion I am facing this problem.
