Dear  friends

Please  find attached  a Write up in Odia published in  Odia Daily Odisha Khabar and written by Sri Sitaram Patra, Journalist   about  Sri Jagadananda Mohanty’s unholy alliance with corrupt bureaucrats  and   how his  case decisions  are directed  to  protect  a corrupt  administrative system  for his  narrow and vested interest at the  cost of the RTI Act.  And he maintains dubious role of projecting himself from civil society  and serves  the interest of the degenerated  bureaucracy  being part of it. But I am surprised to see the use of a surname in Mr. Jagadananda's name. I thought he had stopped using it 20 yrs back but some RTI activists and journalists seem to be very fond of using it!! well they should not be termed casteist either!! And moreover some of the recent activists who seem to be knowing the commissioner only through his decisions also use the surname which is never mentioned in any of his decisions nor on the commission's website. quite interesting!!
