few newbie questions :)

hi all, 

just trying to use this project, looks interesting. few questions i hope someone can help with that.

1. how to add a new language to a project use all modules(documents, events etc...)
   I think it would be best create one file that will need the modification instead of multiple files, but just my opinion.
   so, how can I do this on a project that use social_stream as a gem?

2. how can i change the website title so this <%= t('site.name') %> will return the new website.
   is there any admin tool, or all of this changes should be done inside the rails project in the code?

3. how to add a search filtering by online users only?

4. on register form, is there a way to force user update a city in it's profile?
