customize social stream error

Hi :

I have just installed social stream with mysql database and everthyng was fine, work with the search engine.

Rigth now i want to cutomize and change the logo for my own logo,

So in the http://social-stream.dit.upm.es/started/

The section of logo said :

app/assets/images/header-logo-index.png

i go to the path and everything is empty the only images that is storage in that path is the rails logo.
But the images load correctly.

What u doing wrong?? or how i can make to change the logo for my own logo???.
