We are currently hiring for the role of English & Twenty-first Century (ETC) Skills Specialist at NavGurukul (Full-time | Remote with 30–40% travel), and would love your support in sharing this opportunity with relevant candidates.

About NavGurukul:
NavGurukul is a not-for-profit organization working towards creating access to aspirational careers for students from underserved communities. Through our fully funded residential programs, we enable students to build skills in programming, finance, business, and more, along with strong placement support. We currently work with 1100+ students across multiple campuses in India, with a strong focus on inclusion and self-directed learning.

About the Role:
This is a high-impact role focused on enabling students to build English and 21st-century skills in a self-driven way. The role requires someone who is excited to experiment, build systems, and integrate AI into learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with 1200+ students to build English and life skills

  • Design and run learning experiments; scale what works

  • Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into learning journeys

  • Enable students to become self-directed learners

  • Build structured systems and track learning outcomes

Who we’re looking for:

  • 0–4 years of experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

  • Passion for education, social impact, and working with students

  • Interest in using AI to improve learning experiences

Location: Remote (with 30–40% travel)
Compensation: 5–6 LPA
