NavGurukul Foundation is hiring for the role of Placements Lead, a high-impact leadership position responsible for shaping and scaling placement outcomes across our campuses in India.

NavGurukul is building a new model of education and employability for young people from underserved communities. This role sits at the core of that mission—directly connecting trained, job-ready learners to meaningful career opportunities and long-term professional growth.

Role Overview

As Placements Lead, you will own the entire placement ecosystem—strategy, employer partnerships, execution, and outcomes. You will play a critical role in ensuring strong, consistent, and high-quality hiring results across programs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end placement strategy and execution across campuses
Build and scale strong hiring partnerships with corporates, startups, and mission-aligned organizations
Create consistent and high-quality job opportunities for students
Design scalable systems for outreach, tracking, and reporting
Lead and mentor the placement team with clear ownership and accountability
Represent NavGurukul as a trusted talent partner to external organizations
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure student readiness aligns with employer expectations

What We Are Looking For

10+ years of experience in placements, talent acquisition, partnerships, or related domains
Proven ability to build strong employer networks and drive hiring outcomes at scale
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in building systems and processes in fast-paced environments
A strong sense of ownership and commitment to measurable impact
Alignment with mission-driven, social impact work

Location & Compensation

Remote (70%) with travel (30%) across NavGurukul campuses in India
Compensation: ₹9–12 LPA (based on experience and alignment)
