NavGurukul Foundation is looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team in driving strategy, execution, and alignment across multiple high-impact initiatives.
NavGurukul is building a new model of education and opportunity for underserved youth in India. This role sits at the center of scaling and strengthening that impact across campuses, programs, and external partnerships.
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring smooth execution across multiple verticals, initiatives, and teams. You will drive clarity, coordination, and delivery across a fast-evolving ecosystem.
Support leadership in strategic planning and execution across verticals
Drive cross-functional alignment across campuses and teams
Lead high-priority strategic and operational initiatives
Strengthen internal communication, reporting, and decision-making systems
Act as liaison between leadership, board, and external stakeholders
Manage coordination of EIR and subsidiary initiatives
Improve project management and execution systems
5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles
Experience working with founders or senior leadership in complex environments
Strong execution, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with high ownership
Strong alignment with mission-driven and social impact work
Remote with 40–50% travel across campuses and headquarters
Compensation is significantly below market standards, aligned with non-profit structures
