About ISDM: A fully funded post graduation programme for Development Sector Leadership Roles

ISDM has been set up with the vision of developing professional leadership and management talent for the social development sector - Individuals who understand what development means and can build world class social organizations with the appropriate strategy, structures, systems, processes and culture to deliver good quality, sustainable social impact at scale. The fully funded 1 year post graduate programme in Development Leadership begins this July.
Some highlights of this programme are as given below.
· Curriculum: The curriculum for this programme straddles the world of development (concepts, environment, field realities) and management of development (organization building, intervention design and implementation, ecosystem engagement etc.)
· Pedagogy: The programme has been designed for adults and includes learning opportunities within the classroom (case studies, expert lectures, debates), outside the classroom (group and individual assignments, readings, events, theatre, cinema) and on the field (internships, enriching travel experience called “Realizing India”)
· Faculty: Faculty from leading sector organizations and universities (Harvard, INSEAD, Azim Premji University, Ashoka University amongst others) have agreed to develop and deliver courses
· Placement Support: Several leading sector organizations have already agreed to participate in the placement and residency process ensuring that students will be well welcomed into the sector
· Financial Support: The program is fully funded for every student who clears the admission process.
