Hi Interns.
Since we're launching on the 25th of this month, its high time we start narrowing down on entries for the contest.
What do you need to do?
I'm sure all of you who are college students have a common college mail ID. Get in touch with your college cultural heads and inform them about the contest. Ask them to send across a mail to your college informing them about the contest and motivating participation.
You can ask them to create a google doc for entries from your respective college.
If you can do the same without going through the Cultural head, do it. Send mails and start getting details of participants. We need to have a rough idea of how many people are going to participate.
Right now just make a list of participants from your respective college. Once the contest is launched on 25th, they can start sending in their designs on the shared link.
You can share the same details as mentioned on the Facebook Event Page.
Deadline: Thursday noon.
By Thursday noon I want each of you to send me the Google Doc created. It will automatically get updated as and when people join in. I just need to see that the mail has been sent to your college and the list has been created.
