I've used both Affinity and Harbor Compliance. I think Harbor has a more customer-friendly platform than Affinity does.

Echoing a few other recommendations:

Harbor

Labyrinth

and would also add:  Accounting with Debits and Credits, a firm that I worked with in the earliest parts of my career and continue to recommend today.

Depending on the size/scope of the project, you may also be able to find individuals who will do that work on a contractual basis so that cost is less but those people are hard to find.
