Hope you are all doing okay, despite the challenging times.
I would love to hear how you all deal with moves management tracking, particularly with regards to making sure your exec team have the list of people they need to reach out to, how you present/maintain that information, keep track of when they have reached out to their assigned people.
especially if your leadership folks are not going to ever use a spreadsheet or a CRM type tool?
how do you keep track for yourself of the connections? is there a moves management tool you use? and then how do you "translate" it to email or documents for your team?
This is a lot for email, so happy to get on the phone or Zoom if that's easier?
