The role is responsible for all aspects of development for the Global Philanthropy Project, including the advancement and implementation of a multi-year fundraising strategy, grant writing, reporting, and general management and oversight of related revenue forecasting, budgeting, and administrative systems. The ideal candidate will have 7 or more years of development experience, as well as familiarity with LGBTI philanthropy or a related human rights field within philanthropy, working with private and public foundation donors and donor governments, and earned income streams. 

Global Philanthropy Project is a 100% remote organization with a 35 hour workweek. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000. You can learn more here, and the application deadline for priority review is Monday, February 5th.
