The Behavior Change & Design team at Cityblock Health is hiring an early career product and service designer to help drive product and service discovery, run experiments to shape member and colleague behaviors, and partner with product managers, engineers, and operators to design and scale products that keep our members healthy over time.
This is a hands on role where you can spend time in the field to conduct research and discovery with Medicaid members and care teams, create and test low-fi and high-fi prototypes, and work at the intersection of creativity and evidence to shape business decisions in order to deliver radically human care to communities who are overlooked by the traditional healthcare system.
This is not your average tech job -- you may be a good fit for this if you have excellent design sense paired with deep empathy and experience designing for vulnerable populations, you've designed experiences to support community health workers operating in the field in resource constrained settings, and you think deeply about the end to end service experiences and the role tech plays within that.
