Basta is hiring for 3 exciting full-time roles at the intersection of data & technology, all of which are remote-first hybrid based in the NYC (or commutable) area. Data Analyst: Apply Online

The Data Analyst will work closely with teammates across Basta to understand their most pressing questions and needs and develop technical solutions in the form of analysis & visualizations. The Data Analyst will ideally have 1-2 years of full-time work experience in a data-focused role and experience with visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau. 

Manager, Innovation Lab: Apply Online

The Manager, Innovation Lab will bring their outstanding project management skills and experience with applied research to designing and executing tests of emerging program models and product features aligned with Basta’s mission. A successful candidate will have 5+ years of full-time work experience with at least 1 year in an applied research context. 

Full Stack Developer: Apply Online

As Basta's first full-time, in-house developer, this person will play an integral part in realizing the potential of Basta's Seekr product - a first-of-its-kind career navigation tool. The developer will partner with the two full-time members of Basta's product team as well as our external development partners. Candidates should have at least 2 years of full-time engineering experience.
