Juma Ventures (Juma), an award-winning youth workforce development nonprofit organization, seeks a Director of Institutional Giving. The Director serves as a key frontline fundraiser, managing a portfolio of 30 corporate, foundation, and government prospects totaling $2–3M annually. This leader works collaboratively and transparently with the Chief Development Officer, CEO, board members, and cross-functional staff to advance Juma’s fundraising goals, deepen funder relationships, and create meaningful impact in the lives of young people nationwide.
